These mossy hex lights were made to bring a natural "light post" all around the zone. Slightly crumbling due to age and slowly being taken over by the moss in the zone. The moss was designed by Matthew Heyman and borrowed to tie it into the moss kit being used all over Zereth Mortis. The original concept for these lights was done by Gabe Gonzalez.
